Gutted is back for a second series of clearing out people’s homes. Its the show in which hoarders have to choose between cash or keeping the possessions they have accumulated.To get them back they have to remember each item and answer a question about it. If they get the question wrong, the item is put up for auction. Once the items have been sold, the hoarders are offered either their possessions back or the cash that has been raised.

Fantasy Homes By The Sea returns with a 3rd series and a brand new celebrity presenter, Jenni Falconer. Join Jenni as she helps couples longing for a seaside retreat search for their dream homes in idyllic locations at home and abroad.

Jenni shows ten couples four fabulous coastal homes and asks them to choose one at the end of the programme. Throughout the series the show looks at homes of all shapes and sizes from Pembrokeshire to Southern Italy. Viewers will get a sumptuous taste of a life by the sea, as well as plenty of tips and advice on relocating to coastal properties.

Fantasy Homes by the Sea will show that a dream life by the sea can indeed become a reality – a heavenly home can be yours whether buying on a budget or not. Says Jenni: “In a time when the property market is slumping, it’s interesting to see how buyers have more power of negotiation when it comes to price. Looking around some of the amazing houses we filmed, you can find inspiration and ideas for your own home”.
