Between walking the runway and meeting the panel, the girls get to know each other and their reasons for going after top model glory. Some are doing it for Jesus, some for their kids, but everyone agrees it’s time for short girls to show the world they have what it takes to rule the runway.
The remaining 14 pint-sized beauties get the keys to their glamorous new house in LA in the second episode of the night, but one of the lucky ladies is missing. Where has she gone and who will take her place? But that’s not the biggest surprise in store for the model hopefuls, as makeovers are moved to episode two and the girls get edgy new looks. Most Haunted Live: The Silent Town
Premiers Saturday 9th Jan, 9pm
Once upon a time, owners of hotels, homes or castles who suspected their properties were haunted would do nearly anything to keep the ghostly goings-on secret so as not to scare the public. That is, of course, before Most Haunted, the thirteenth season of which draws to its chilling close on TV’s home of the paranormal, LIVING. T he series brought ghost hunting out of the shadows and into Britain’s living rooms. Each week, steely-nerved host Yvette Fielding and her team of leading psychics, including Billy Roberts, Patrick Mathews and Chris Conway, dare to spend the night in some of the creepiest spots in Britain. If ever a soul deserved to rest quietly in the afterlife, it’s Dr Edward Jenner. The work of the pioneering scientist helped develop a smallpox vaccine that saved countless lives and averted untold human suffering. But as Yvette and the team find out when they visit the museum housed in his former home this week, all is not peace and rest at the centuries-old house. • Yvette braves an overnight stay in the house’s attic rooms to determine what spirits disturb the good doctor’s home. The rooms became famous when a BBC photographer captured a ghostly figure seeming to recline in a chair there. But what exactly appeared in the photo, and is Dr Jenner lingering long after he should have passed over to the other side? The investigators search for clues in this week’s hair-raising finale, only on LIVING.
